“ We had dinner here two nights in a row because it was that good. The prices are also very reasonable. The servers are also very attentive. We fell for a few tourist trap restaurants throughout our Italy trip but this is NOT one of them. We tried the veal tripe, the oxtail, one of their artichoke dish, carbonara, two different ravioli dishes and their pistachio tiramisu and every single one of them was outstanding in flavor. The owner even came out the first time we visited just to ask customers how they like the food. If we ever come back to Rome, we will certainly come back to this restaurant. ”

On the waiter’s recommendation we began with the aubergine lasagna as a starter – it was absolutely delicious and a real highlight. For the main course we tried the meatballs and the carbonara, both perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and authentic, and the service was outstanding – very attentive, friendly and professional. Our waiter even spoke to us in German, which made the experience extra personal and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful place to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine. We would happily come back and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. ”
